Hey there, my name is Jeffy.
I am currently the muralist, illustrator and creator behind Cuttink Studio. But those titles change as I grow and learn, and as Cuttink Studio evolves. My work is based out of a city of immense creative talent -- Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Everything started in late 2010 while I was illustrating. A friend joked that the way to fix a slip-up I made was to just “cut it out." That joke turned on the lightbulb inside my head. Why not combine my pen and ink linework illustrations with the art of paper cutting? That was the genesis of cut + ink = Cuttink.
The act of creating is a way to find peace, calm and focus for my always-racing mind. Over the years, the purpose of Cuttink Studio has blossomed into something more. This thing that once existed to bring ME peace and calm now serves to provide those same moments when YOU may need them the most.
So what does Cuttink Studio look like now?
Cuttink Studio is where you get to experience my murals, illustrations, creations and products, but it has become so much more. It is a growing community on Discord. It is a creative and interactive livestream on Twitch, and even a podcast-like series that is coming to life. It is evolving.
